MANY YEARS IN THE MAKING

Providence begain business in 2005 by the talented Lisa Hofue. The salon expanded and moved to its current location in 2007. In 2009, Rosanna Higginbotham, a client of Lisa’s, was looking for new direction after a hard veer in her personal life’s path. On June 1 of that year, she became the new owner of Providence Salon & Spa. Just like it gave Rosanna a new chapter in life, Providence has done the same for many women over the years who have come to the salon looking to get established in the personal services industry.

As the name suggests, Providence has and will continue to morph, change and build to be the best we can be for our valued clients while creating a space for everyone to prosper and have a ton of fun doing it.

To this day, Rosanna is proud to own such a welcoming space in the community.

At Providence we believe beauty is more than skin deep, and we try to create an atmosphere that refreshes one’s mind, body and spirit. Offering top quality services in a tight-knit community manner, has always been the goal.

We are proud to offer a full-service salon and spa that includes hairstyling, botox, lash extensions, waxing, manicures, pedicures, tanning and registered massage therapy.

Each of our exceptional services are done by a talented Providence team member that contributes their own special touch and personality to what we hope is a great experience for all clients.

Plans were in place to expand the salon and on March 1^st Providence took over the space next door. When Covid 19 happened, everything changed.

Rosanna saw this as an opportunity, and took the opportunity to complete much needed renovations and double the size of Providence. With the new layout, it feels more open and accessible and has brought new life to the salon.

Not only effective in crating a more relaxing and positive customer experience, the expansion has also made meeting physical distancing guidelines easier.

TAKING THE PLUNGE TO ONLINE SHOPPING

In addition to our salon and spa services, we also offer a diverse lineup of retail products. Brands include Eminence , Hempz, Kenra and Saryna Key to name a few. We also have many hair tools and accessories available for purchase. We are excited to tap into the world of eCommerce with our online shop where you can buy online and ship or pickup on the way by.

We are working towards a greener salon, more environmentally conscious with the products we use and sell.
